What we build

Four Ways We Turn Raw Data Into Decisions.

01

Custom Data Pipelines

We connect the tools you already use — your ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, and warehouse — into one clean, reliable flow that updates on its own. No more copy-paste at month-end.

From$8,500
02

Interactive BI Dashboards

Live dashboards your leadership can read at a glance and drill into when they want detail. Built in the tool your team prefers, with plain labels instead of database names.

From$6,200
03

Predictive Models & Forecasting

Demand forecasts, churn and cash-flow models, and scenario planning — each one explained so you understand what drives the number, not just the number itself.

From$14,000
04

Data Health Check & Roadmap

Not sure where to start? We review what you have, flag what's holding you back, and hand you a prioritized plan you can act on with or without us.

03  Questions

The Things People Ask Before They Say Yes.

Honest answers, in plain English. If yours isn't here, call us — we don't do sales scripts.

Is our data too messy to work with?

Almost certainly not. Messy, half-finished, spread across five systems — that's the normal starting point, not a dealbreaker. Cleaning and connecting it is a large part of what we do, and the Data Health Check exists exactly for this.

We're not a huge company — is this worth it?

Mid-market teams are exactly who we build for. You have real data and real decisions but usually no full data team. We give you what a much larger company would have, sized to what you actually need.

How long until we see something usable?

Most clients have a working first dashboard within about two weeks of kickoff. Larger pipeline and model builds take longer, but we ship in stages so you're never waiting months to see progress.

What happens when the project is done?

Everything we build is yours — the code, the dashboards, and clear documentation. You can run it in-house, keep us on a light support arrangement, or call us only when something changes. No lock-in.

Do we need to understand data to work with you?

No. Your job is to know your business; ours is to translate the data into it. We explain every step in language a board can follow, and we'll never hide behind technical terms to sound clever.

Why teams switch to us

The Usual Way, And The Slate Harbor Way.

The usual data project

Big deck, little to show

  • Months of discovery before anything works
  • Dashboards no one on the team can read
  • Field names and jargon instead of plain answers
  • A model you're told to trust but can't explain
  • You're stuck once the consultants leave
Working with Slate Harbor

Something useful, quickly

  • A working first dashboard in about two weeks
  • Built in the tools your team already opens
  • Every number labelled the way your business talks
  • Models explained so you know what moves them
  • You keep the code, the docs, and the control
